What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google.
- Photos you upload. The photos you submit (three, or one in solo mode) to create a video.
- Generated videos. The video we create from your photos.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive purchase details such as the pack and amount.
- Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
How we use it
We use your data to sign you in, generate your video, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, provide support, and keep the service working.
Photo retention
Uploaded photos are deleted 24 hours after your video finishes. If our automatic safety check flags a photo, for example because it seems to show a child or because the check could not reach a decision, we keep a private copy for up to 7 days so we can review mistakes in the check. Only our team can see it, and it is then deleted automatically. Photos blocked for nudity or sexual content are never stored. Generated videos stay available in your account so you can download them, unless you ask us to delete them.
Cookies and analytics
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. To understand how the site is used, we use Google Analytics and a privacy-focused analytics tool (OpenPanel). They record page views and basic actions such as starting a generation. They do not receive your photos or videos. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the service works without them.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Gas Station Dance Video:
- Google for sign-in.
- Stripe for payments.
- Cloudflare for hosting and storage.
- AI video generation providers that process your photos to create the video.
They process data only as needed to provide their services.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos to advertise to you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@gasstationdancevideo.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Gas Station Dance Video is not for children, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a minor's photo was uploaded, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date above.
