By using Gas Station Dance Video (gasstationdancevideo.com), operated by Zane, you agree to these terms.
The service
You upload three photos (or one, in solo mode) and we generate a vertical 9:16, 720p video of about 12 seconds recast into the gas station dance trend format. You choose the sound: Original beat, an original instrumental dance beat with ambient sound and no vocals (the default), or a silent file. You are responsible for any sound you add when you post.
Independent tool
Gas Station Dance Video is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Instagram.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. New accounts get one free short preview.
Photos and your rights
You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and permission from the people shown. You may only upload photos that meet our acceptable use policy. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them to create your video. Uploaded photos are deleted 24 hours after the video finishes.
Your videos
You may use your generated videos for personal, social media use. You are responsible for how you use and post them, including following the rules of TikTok, Instagram, and the music you add. We recommend labeling posts as AI-generated.
Payments
Videos are sold as one-time packs (Single video $9.99, 3 videos $19.99, 8 videos $39.99, 20 videos $79.99). Packs never renew and there is no subscription. Credits never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed generations are refunded automatically as credits. See our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend or end accounts that break it.
Availability and results
AI output varies. We do not guarantee that a video will look exactly as you expect. Generation takes a few minutes and may occasionally be delayed or fail.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above.
